How to make a booking?

  • Find your tour packages and accommodations that you want to book.
  • Click the booking button or booking link and you will redirecting to our reservation form.
  • Fill the reservation form available on each hotel or services.
  • Make sure you completed the form with your valid email.
  • Try to describe if any your special request on the “Request” box available on the form.
  • After you completed the form (including security code), click submit to send your reservation.
  • Success message will be shown, please check your email and make sure you get our auto confirmation.
  • If you not get our auto confirmation, its my be you enter a wrong email address but your reservation still sent to us. On this condition, please resend your email address to our email.

How long does it take to get the reply?

  • After we get your reservation, we will replay asap (24 hours guarantee).
  • For last minutes booking you better directly to call us to ask the availability.
  • If your request is not available, we will suggest you at other accommodation or services.
  • If you not get our replay, you can send the inquiry progress to our email or also you can call us.

How to pay the hotel reservation?

  • Every hotels or Services company have a different conditions about payment, there fore we will need at least one night deposit to guarantee the booking or full prepayment in certain periods, refer to hotel booking condition.
  • For online payment, we will send you the link to finish your payment with additional 4% for Bank charge and Online fee.
  • Instead of requesting your credit card number to secure the booking, we will lead you for online payment of deposit or full payment with Visa or Master card in US dollars.
  • We will collect the balance of payment upon your arrival in Bali , either cash or by credit card.
  • We do accept cash / travelers cheque / Visa / Master Card.
  • An additional bank charge of 3% will be applied for payment by credit card.
  • Upon request, we will send you the reservation voucher to be shown on your arrival.

What does include in the special internet rates?

  • Our rates are including tax, service and breakfast.
  • Breakfast for two person is included in most hotels.
  • Other benefits is transport service for some area in Bali.

How to cancel the reservation?

  • For cancelation is refer to the hotel cancellation policy.
  • Please send us your cancelation email immediately.
  • A cancellation fee is only applied refer to the hotels cancellation policy.
  • For some condition, your deposit will be hold to your other booking with us.
