Credit Card information

Our company will not charge your credit card or take your credit card information because we will use trusted common third party services like paypal.com, moneybookers.com or payoneer.com for facilitating the transaction and ensuring the completeness of your reservation. You are the one who will pay for what you order to us, and then the hotel that you choose would receive your payment directly after you settle up the payment through the third parties services.

Your credit card information will be sent to us through a reliable and secure server, because all of the payment would be handled by paypal.com, moneybookers.com, payoneer.com or other service.

The server and network that we use has also protected by firewalls to prevent the unauthorized access. It means that we are able to give you guarantee for the safety of your transaction to us.

Control over your data

You will always have the right to see your personal data stored in our server. You could also make a request to see your personal detail via email by contacting info@yourdomain.com. Please be informed that you have to write ‘request personal data’ for English or ‘permintaan data pribadi’ for Bahasa Indonesia in the subject of your email.

If you have your data incorrect, we will change or modify it based on your request. You could also make a request to remove your data from our database via email to the email address mentioned previously.

In the email, we require you to provide these data:

  • Your username in our site
  • The date of product reservation done
  • The number of payment(s) or voucher(s) that we gave you
  • Provide clear additional information and reason about your personal data modification request

A. Your Obligation. You must be able to protect your personal computer and password from unauthorized access or unidentified intruder. It is always important to sign out from your account if you are using a public or shared computer. Your email sent to us will not be always guaranteed secure from unauthorized access, so you do not need to provide us your sensitive and secret information. Please note that we will never ask your password from email; and if you receive that kind of email, it could be confirmed that you are a potential victim of fraud attempt. In sort, it is also important for you yourself to be able to take some preventive actions in maintaining your personal data security.

B. Our Security Measures. We have physical or electronic procedures for assisting the security, preventing unauthorized access, maintaining data security, and using your personal data properly. However, we do not guarantee for a complete security because there is no single system that is totally safe from intruders, including encryption system. Besides that, every human being there must be negligence for not properly implementing the rules or is committing crime intentionally. If the applicable law imposes us an undeniable liability, then you must agree not to prosecute us. If you do not agree with this condition, you are not entitled to use the services we provide and you could leave our website or services immediately.

When Do We Send You Emails

After you finish your reservation, you will receive a confirmation email about all information related to your reservation and it may also be possible that the email come late because of our negligence or the third parties unsatisfying services. Accordingly, you could use the phone service or live chat with our customer service to get the correct information, then after you receive the voucher, you could bring it to the hotel as a payment evidence.

Sometimes, we may send you feedback email after staying in the hotel. If you do not want to give us your opinion, then you could simply tell us not to send this kind of email anymore.

Besides that, we may also send you some emails about promotion or discount for our products we offer on this site.
